Enfinity Global receives €316m to fund 276MW of solar projects in Italy. The financing was arranged through a club deal structure, with ING, Rabobank and BNP Paribas. The funding package includes €214 million in nonrecourse senior debt alongside €101 million in facilities for VAT financing, letters of credit for power-purchase agreements (PPAs), photovoltaic modules and decommissioning obligations.
iCON Infrastructure has entered into a binding agreement to acquire a majority shareholding in the Meinhardt Group from the Meinhardt family. The company operates across 17 sites in the Rhine-Main region and handles more than 1 million tonnes of waste every year.

SUSI Partners, has agreed to become part of U.K. specialist asset manager Gresham House to drive investment performance and value creation. HarbourVest Partners has completed the final close of its third Infrastructure Opportunities Fund (IOF III), securing $865 million in commitments from limited partners across the globe.
IOF III focuses on secondary investment opportunities and is further strengthened by direct co-investments in infrastructure assets across North America and Western Europe.
Macquarie Asset Management has announced the final closing of Macquarie Green Energy Transition Solutions (MGETS) with more than $3 billion of total fund and co-investment commitments.
The fund exceeded its target of $2 billion, attracting commitments from a diversified global investor base spanning pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds and asset managers across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific and the Americas.
