Deals:

Antin Infrastructure Partners and Arié Group have injected €100 million into EV charging station operator Powerdot.

Arcus Infrastructure Partners has announced the acquisition of Thermomess Wärmemessdienst, a business specializing in the heating service sector and catering to more than 220,000 apartments throughout Germany, by its portfolio company Officium.

Ardian acquires data centre firm Verne from Digital 9 Infrastructure. Ardian plans to expand Verne's facilities across northern Europe with up to $1.2 billion in funding.

Brookfield-owned X-ELIO closes €89m financing package for Spanish solar PV projects.

Canadian pension board to pay €2bn for 17.5% of TIM’s NetCo.

CityFibre, a U.K. independent full fiber platform, has agreed to acquire alternative fiber network Lit Fibre from Newlight Partners.

Fundraising:

Advisors & Partners has held a first closing for its newly launched Selective European Transportation Equipment Fund (SETEF), a private equity infrastructure fund focused on the European transportation sector. The fund secured €100 million of aggregate commitments.

DIF Capital Partners raises EUR 6.8 billion for its latest infrastructure funds. Final closes across DIF Infrastructure VII (DIF VII) EUR 4.4 billion, DIF Core-Plus Infrastructure Fund III (CIF III) EUR 1.6 billion, and certain Co-investment vehicles EUR 0.8 billion.

DigitalBridge secures $420m for Partners III digital infrastructure fund. The fund, which has a hard cap of US$8 billion, has already passed US$2.7 billion in commitments.

Global Infrastructure Partners wraps up fundraising for dedicated emerging markets fund at $2.1b.

AltamarCAM Partners has promoted global CFO Alvaro Bachiller to partner.

I Squared Capital opens office in Munich and hires Yves Meyer-Bülow to lead it.
