Nathan Ward is Managing Director of both Novus Executives and Leap29. He joined the board of Directors in 2011 which consequently led to his appointment as Managing Director in 2014. Since then, his extensive industry knowledge allows him to successful oversee the operations and provide vital guidance to both the management team and global consultants.

Ricci is a Director at Novus Executives and has been with the business for over 10 years. His core focus is the Infrastructure, Energy, Power and Utilities Investment division. During his time at Novus Executives, Ricci has managed numerous client relationships and has identified talent from Analyst up to Executive Director level.

Jamie joined Novus Executives in 2011 after graduating from the University of Manchester with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with Finance. During this time, he developed a well-rounded knowledge of business and investment practices. Jamie exclusively recruits for Real Estate across EMEA, focusing on PE Funds, Investment Managers, Real Estate Lenders, Hedge Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Advisory firms.

Joe Cochrane is a Principal at Novus Executives. Since joining the company in 2012, Joe has acquired 10 years of experience and has progressed to one of the senior members of the Executive Search team. He has a strong track record for successfully completing search assignments for investment firms, including private equity funds, growth and venture capital funds and alternative asset managers across EMEA.

Alanna joined Novus Executives after receiving a post graduate Diploma from the University of Bedfordshire. During her time within the business, she has gained an in-depth knowledge of the Investment market, focusing on Infrastructure and Renewable Investment across France and Spain. She has a strong track record working with Investment Banks, boutique advisory companies, consultancy firms and private equity clients.

Ross joined Novus Executives in 2018 after graduating from Southampton Solent with a First-Class Honours. His area of expertise is in Venture Capital and Private Equity with a technology investment focus. Ross provides a high level of service to a range of firms who invest from early stage through to mid-market and advisory firms.

Bradley is an Associate at Novus Executives with a focus on the Infrastructure and Energy market in London. Bradley prides himself on delivering a service that places fantastic candidates into appropriate roles to both exceed the company’s expectations as well as develop that candidate’s career.

Simon is an Associate at Novus Executives with a focus on the Real Estate Investment market in London. Simon graduated university with First-Class Honours after spending part of his degree studying abroad in San Diego, California. He takes pride in finding the right candidate for the client and vice versa. Simon specialises in placing in London based buy-side organisations, particularly in private equity funds, investment managers, real estate lenders and some high-profile logistics funds.

Lewis is an Associate at Novus Executives who joined after graduating with First-Class Honours studying business management. Lewis focuses on the infrastructure market in London, from core assets through to value-add propositions, typically placing individuals between analyst and associate levels in suitable positions within investment banks, private equity & debt funds, consultancy firms and advisory boutiques.
