Ross is a Principal at Novus Executives and joined the firm in 2018 after graduating with a first-class honours from Southampton Solent. His area of expertise is in the technology sector, partnering with buy and sell-side firms within VC & Growth, Private Equity and Investment Banking. Ross has developed a track record of delivering excellent results for clients whilst developing long-term relationships within the industry.

Matthew is a Senior Associate at Novus Executives with over 4 years experience in the recruitment industry. Over this time, he has developed a specialised focus on the Infrastructure and Renewable Energy sector across the DACH region and Emerging Markets. He prominently supports Private Equity, Investment Banks, Advisory, Asset Management and Development focused clients.

Brad is an Associate at Novus Executives who joined with a First Class Masters degree in Psychology. His area of focus is the Infrastructure and Energy market in London where he primarily places front office investment professionals between Analyst and Director level. Brad works along side Equity and Debt Funds, Banks and Advisory Boutiques to deliver a high-quality service that mutually benefits both the clients needs and candidates career ambitions.

‍Lewis is an Associate at Novus Executives who joined after graduating with First-Class Honours studying business management. Lewis focuses on the infrastructure market in France and Spain, from core assets through to value-add propositions, typically placing individuals between analyst and associate levels in suitable positions within investment banks, private equity & debt funds, consultancy firms and advisory boutiques.
